Here's a clip of Olympic Gold Medallist from the Sydney 2000 Men's 4 x 200m f/s team, Bill Kirby, demonstrating excellent form in the water. Watch it before you go for your next swim and try to imagine yourself like Bill, swimming smooth! Bill's swimming technique (freestyle) is one of the best in the world.
