Matter is vaporous there is no substance to matter at all although it appears to be solid. If we can live this reality then no one will ever feel that they are stuck.
Your Ego becomes bigger if you are successful in life. Money, education and fame create more and more ego and arrogance. But those are successful should realize they are successful not because they are smarter or work harder but because of good karma and that good karma is giving its return in this life. The best attitude towards success is to be grateful to God and not be egocentric about it.
Ego is Alienation. This alienation is of two types: 1) from God and 2) from People. You really are not your own ego you are part of God, you are divine. But we choose to identify with the small "i". This is alienation from God which is inevitable for every human being.

Human Language vs. Divine Language.
Every one of us has two minds within us. One is a human mind one is a Divine mind. Both of them do think thoughts unfortunately we only subscribe to the human mind. We need to train the human mind using the language of the Divine mind.

As ego grows undesirable qualities arise: argumentative, inconsiderate, and stubborn. Learn to recognize when you are in the grip of ego. You should realize that you are limited in your perception and ego does not allow you to see what others are thinking. You need to be always looking for how ego can destroy you then you will be more balanced.
